I got a small tattoo here a couple weeks ago and had a great experience through and through. I didn't know how things would be because of COVID and I had never been to the shop before but the artist did a wonderful job and made the experience very pleasant.

Pretty expensive. I got ear piercing for $77 in both ears. They did not inform me that I cannot go for swimming for a year and that it takes around a year to heal, before doing the piercing. Had I know, wouldn't have gone for it.
Love It
Went with my niece and nephew to get their first tattoos. Professional and knowledgeable staff with clean work environment. Comfortable atmosphere, and even though it is on the pricey side, you get what you pay for.

This is a customer service rating only since the shop never got our business. I would rate it a zero if not for the extremely courteous young woman at the front desk. A friend referred us to this shop, and specifically Natalia, however she was not available for a few weeks. We tried to talk to Jason but he had no interest whatsoever and seemed completely irritated that we were taking up his time. He did let us know that he had been doing this for 20 years. Maybe it was just a bad day but now I see several prior similar comments. In any event, the shop lost 2 or maybe 3 customers today based on first impressions.

I worked with Bosco and couldn't be happier. He took my idea and came up with a beautiful design. My only complaint is that it took a while to get an appointment, but that really just speaks to how many people want to work with him.

Absolutely terrible costumer service. When I first walked in, I asked for an available artist to do a sit down and talk about my tattoo. Instead I ended up talking to the receptionist, who not only didn't even call the artist for me, but was UNBELIEVABLY rude as well. When I explained what I wanted, he shot down every thought I had and told me the piece I wanted was impossible to do. Then after some further explaining, he tells me it'll $300 to get work done to me. Yah, right. I got a quote on my piece from three other shops and all of them were in the $150 range. I won't be coming here again. Overpriced, terrible service, and terrible staff.
