I had an AMAZING experience here. Jamie was really great and made us feel so comfortable. He was very personable and clean. He assured we saw everything being opened right in front of us. 10/10 experience, would 100% recommend!

This dude is a scam he will steal your money and not give it back. I made an appointment with him and send my deposit in. He never shows up to our appointment all THREE TIMES. He never text or called to say he wouldn’t be there and never responded when I showed up for the appointment. He kept saying he would return my deposit but it’s been weeks since he missed my appointment and still has not sent my money back or responded to my recent messages. I’ve never dealt with a business so unprofessional in my life. I never even write reviews but this experience was so bad I don’t want other people having their money stolen. DONT GO HERE.

Was told to call his phone to book an appointment spoke to him he sent me his cash app asked me to send a deposit I sent a deposit and for two days straight he gave me a runaround. He told me that one of his clients ended up puking all over the place, so yeah they clean that up asked me to come back the next day. It was his apprentice had a Pokémon tournament in the shop so it was a mess in there then he told me to come back then he was in the bathroom for 20 minutes told me to come back more of the story. Is this guys a liar and a fraud and never returned my deposit don’t trust people. I hope you feel real great about taking somebody $60 loser

Went in with a group last month to get tattoos. We were promised a quick appointment as we all had a meeting to get to. The tattoo artist showed up an hour late, clearly sick, and unprepared to tattoo us. He kept disappearing and the whole process was unsettling, I felt extremely uncomfortable as someone who was (supposedly) getting their first tattoo. Communication was awful and eventually we learned the artist was sick and needed to go to the hospital. None of the five of us got tattooed, or even stenciled after waiting there for several hours. We were promised a full refund for our deposits and have yet to receive it weeks later. Multiple phone calls with them have resulted in nothing although they keep promising we’ll get our money back. I don’t recommend going here at all. You’ll leave without a tattoo and without your deposit.

I am aware the deposit was paid back after all of us repeatedly contacting you for it. I am also aware of what the medical issue was, as I stated in my original review. We should have been informed of that beforehand instead of being potentially tattooed by someone with an active infection. It was not communicated well at the time that you were drawing in another room, all we knew is that you weren’t there. Also, I don’t tend to post reviews on Google but, like the vast majority of people, I do use email and have a google account for that purpose. The accusation of creating the account just to post this review is ludicrous. My original review is true to my experience at the time I posted it, and while we did receive our deposits back eventually I still cannot recommend getting tattooed here.

Jamie took me in place of a cancellation on a Saturday night - super accommodating and great communication. Gave me exactly what I was looking for to the T! Super dope shop. Highly recommend.

Jamie is an amazing artist. He really pays attention to details. Highly recommend paper City tattoo. He really pays attention to detail. The whole staff was super nice. They are true professionals.

My sister in law and I went on a whim to get piercings. Stephen was professional, courtesy, and very welcoming. The shop was clean and well decorated with art and other memorabilia. Stephen was knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! Steve welcomed us to the shop and Jamie did my tattoo. It came out amazing! The one best thing that stood out was the attentiveness they both showed to the health and wellbeing of every single client that came in. My tattoo came out amazing and I left knowing I had two great new friends. I'll definitely be back!

This experience was so amazing, Steven was very professional. The shop was very clean. I don’t do well with needles but he made feel very comfortable and it didn’t even hurt at all. Very happy with my piercing looking forward for my next already.

I took my daughter to get her 2nd hole and cartilage pierced in her ears. Stephen was amazing. My daughter went in there wanting 6 piercings and he explained things to her about how piercings affect the body and how he usually doesn’t exceed 3-4. Other places may have just taken the extra money, but not Stephen. He was honest and talked my daughter through every step. I was extremely impressed with him and Paper City. Thank you again!
