I went into Black Pearl with what i thought for years was an impossible cover up. For years i was nervous to walk into a tattoo shop for the fear of being told my only option was laser removal. I met Nef and he immediately put my mind at ease and the ideas started flowing. I'm completely blown away by the finished product. And the previous tattoo is completely gone . I'll never go to another tattoo artist or tattoo shop. Every staff member in there was friendly. I was in there for 4 hours and any time i walked by a staff member they would ask how i was doing and how it was going. The atmosphere in there is awesome. Thank you Nef and Black Pearl

I got my first tattoo there and the staff was really cool. I have anxiety disorder I was wicked nervous about getting my first tattoo. The staff gave me a jolly rancher before to calm my nerves and started to joke with me to make me laugh. The tattoo was almost painless and they really seemed like they knew what they where doing. I went in black pearl tattoo studio today with a design idea for my next tattoo and I was greeted with such a warm welcome that I felt the need to go online and write this review. I would give there customer service a 10/10. They picked up the phone when I called the first time and where more than happy to answer any questions that I had.
Some complaints I have read or heard about this place is that they are pricey. I personally find their prices to be fair. Also, you get what you pay for. Also why not pay more for something you will have for the rest of your life and like I said they are not expensive.
The work there is excellent and unique. They know exactly what you want and are more than willing to accommodate you in order to give that perfect work of art. If you are a perfectionist like and have a vision of the perfect tattoo then this is the place for you.

i got my belly button pierced here it was quick and the girl made me feel so comfortable:) i’ve had my piercing for about a month now and i haven’t had any complications. the place is super clean and the people are so sweet! i’m definitely going back here if i get any more piercings / tats i HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!

Had a great experience here. My wife and I came to get some lettering done by Neff, and both tattoos came out great! Very relaxed atmosphere, and very nice people throughout the whole process. Made my first tattoo relatively painless.

Professionalism is an understatement! I have only had the pleasure of working with Nef, but everyone in the shop brings an amazing energy to the establishment. Nef has done an outstanding job on my tattoos. He brings such a creative mind to his work and his a attention to detail far exceeds expectation.
