I’ve had three body piercings (nose, tongue, navel) & an ear piercing (industrial) done here (all of them close to 10 years ago now) & I still have them all to this day! Mark was incredible, very knowledgeable & soothing. Aftercare instructions were very clear, jewelry is great quality. My boyfriend’s daughter is looking to get her navel pierced & I referred her here! 10/10 would & do recommend!

girl at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. i walked in terrified and said “so im thinking about getting my septum pierced today but im not sure. what would you suggest for a first time piercing?” and all she said was “well are you getting it pierced or not.” as cold and flat as could be. super awkward. then she made me feel really stupid over the jewelry prices. on top of that, the guy who did my piercing was VERY nice but he messed it up. i understand mistakes happen, but in this business after who knows how many noses he has pierced, mistakes shouldnt happen. i was here before a few years back with a friend who got her septum pierced and the guy was very methodical with it and let her check it a million times before confirming it would be straight. then i had this different guy who was a super nice guy but he didnt let me check it and just went for it. after a super painful *pop* he said “oh.. it went through the cartilage.. i have to take it out and repierce it” and i thought about leaving but once you spend that $80 you dont get it back. so i waited for him to redo it and the healing process on the side that went through the sweet spot was fast and didnt hurt, but the healing on the side that he jammed it through my cartilage was extremely painful and took forever

My 7yo daughter had been begging me to get her ears pierced for a while and I finally gave in. She was so excited. The counter help was great in helping her to find the perfect pair (little crowns with light pink stones). I especially appreciated that they talked with my daughter and made sure that she really wanted it before going further. We went on a weekday so we hardly had to wait. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped us. She probably said it, but I was all sorts of nervous. They asked me if I wanted both ears done at the same time, and I did, as I was afraid that after one, my daughter would not want to get the other one done. The woman was so kind and explained everything to her and made her feel comfortable. She went and got a helper (I think she said his name was Ry?) and they were both very calm. I was able to hold my daughter's hand. They were as quick as they could be, and though my daughter did get upset from the pain (she doesn't have a high pain tolerance), the woman was calm and helped me calm my daughter down. She let us stay in the room for a few moments until we were ready to leave. After we left the room, the staff were exceptionally nice in admiring her ears and telling her how brave she was. It's been 2 days, no complications, and my daughter even showed the cashier at the grocery store her ears yesterday. They were very professional and helped me make my daughter very happy.

This place is fantastic!! My 8yo has severe needle anxiety, but really wanted to get her ears pierced. The workers answered any questions she had and explained things to her as simply as possible. Very clean and they were able to do both ears at the same time. She had no tears!!

This place is the best. The people are super friendly and really nice the people who have pierced my ears are awesome at what they do. I love it here I give it 5stars. The best in Worcester all the way. Plus the prices are very good for the quality of everyone and every thing. They are lots of fun and make your visit really cool.
