I agree with Saniyya Moreno’s review, I also experienced something similar with Shoe. Their response to your review speaks for itself as they sound immature. I can’t trust a rude artist or an inconsiderate one.

I love this shop. My boyfriend had a tattoo from Marianna on his thigh that was amazing so I had to go to her as well. I've been to three sessions with her for my own thigh piece and have one more to go and I'm so psyched. The way she works with color and makes pieces pop is amazing. The shop itself is also really cool. It's nicely decorated, clean and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a dope tattoo.

Place is awesome! Justin was fantastic. Love my tattoo. Asked for a yellow rose for my mother and left it all up to him. Turned out amazing, keep getting stopped by people wanting to check it out. Wish I could give out more than 5 stars!!! Highly impressed with Justin, Sarah and everyone else at the shop. Definitely would go back again!

Visited the lovely and amazingly talented Sarah, to commemorate my recently passed Chihuahua with her exact paw prints on my chest and Sarah did not disappoint. ❤
The shop is amazing in and of itself with a creepy-cool vibe and museum quality items and signage pertaining to the history of tattooing which is VERY cool to see and learn about. You can tell right off the bat that you're in good hands!
All the artists are very clean and super knowledgeable.
I already have appointments planned for the future and can't wait!

Justin is the most amazing tattoo artist I've had the pleasure to meet. I've done some pretty extensive research over my lifetime and am pretty picky with who I let tattoo me. I originally was introduced to him when I saw his work at a tattoo convention I was getting work done at, because he was winning all the awards! After that I followed his work for years, and when I was finally ready for some new work I booked him for 2 full day sessions. Also let me say I traveled 2hrs each way 3 separate times during the span of 3 months to get the amazing piece I pictured below (which is a 2 old tattoo coverup btw). That's how much getting work done by him meant to me! He's also extremely easy to talk to and vibe with, which is also a giant part of deciding on an artist. I have him complete artistic freedom to design my piece with just a couple basic general concepts. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Justin is an incredibly talented artist and a great guy. All of my tattoo experiences have been a pleasure, he walks you through from start to finish. Sarah, the shop manager makes sure you understand exactly how things are going to go and is extremely professional, which I greatly appreciate. Amazing tattoos! Justin took the time to work with me on a cover up, which has continued as a work in progress as an entire sleeve. We also took 1st place last year at a tattoo convention for cover ups.

I went here and talked with Jason Banks. I wanted a floral tattoo going down my arm. I gave him pictures. I showed up for my appointment, and this was what I ended up with for $800. He told me he doesn’t draw the whole tattoo, only pieces. When I asked for a drawing before the next appointment, he told me it would take 20 hours to draw out what I wanted. Really? This took about 20 minutes to draw out. I felt very intimidated. My first tattoo, I was dumb and naive, and nervous about the whole process. I believe I was taken advantage of. Some dumb old woman looking for a first tattoo. I should have walked out when I saw this thing. It’s been an expensive mistake. I must have spent the same amount just getting the black lasered off. I take responsibility for my stupidity. I should have walked away just losing my $100 deposit.
