The hidden gem is a real clean shop. The customer service was one of the best I ever had. A down to earth person real respectful and takes his work seriously. Inaccurate hours posted. Went there when they said they were open..locked door. Tried calling, no answer. This happened on two separate occasions. Hidden gem is a good name cause it is truly hidden.

the owner has now proven that he is unable to handle the slightest of criticism and would have been a terrible person to conduct business with. private tattoo studio that doesn't answer knocks on their doors or phone calls? what business operates their welcoming of new customers by solely relying on emails?

I found this shop through Google and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Tone made sure I was completely satisfied with the sketch before putting the stencil on and checked with me through the whole process. Best tattoo spot in the city. Tattoo studio is private instead of going to a shop where a million things are going on around you. His sessions are well worth it and Tony is probaly the most dedicated in the city to his work, he puts his all in all tattoos and it shows In his work
