Absolutely horrible experince. i asked for a daith piercing and he gave me a forward helix and i had to have it repierced by another shop and then when my friend wanted a tragus piercing he pierced into her ear canal. i will never go back. you can see in the picture how far off he was with his piercing

Dennis the owner is great, I’ve had four tattoos done by him—all decently priced too and he does free touch ups. I got one very simple tattoo done by Amber and she made it crooked. I’m not sure if she works there anymore but I wouldn’t recommend her.

I showed up for a sale they were having and was told to wait for an artist to be available upon shop entry. Over an hour later the first person available said that the sale ended yesterday but she'd ask her coworkers if any of them wanted to do the flash piece I brought in. I was understanding of the fact that the sale ended, but it's really poor customer service to have me waste my time just to be told the sale ended and I can't get work done day of. You could've told me that when I walked into the door and I'd have been much happier to leave right then instead of over an hour later.

Dennis is absolutely amazing. We started working with him a few months before we arrived in the area on vacation. Changed stuff at the last minute and he was so patient with all 3 of us girls.
