My mom and I went to get tattoos together and were there for a total of 3 hours and our tattoos combined only took 45 minutes. I understand it takes time to properly sanitize and clean up but our artist was constantly walking off to play on his phone, talk to his coworkers, etc. Felt very disrespectful and that we were unimportant to our artist. My mother’s tattoo turned out perfectly fine but mine was very patchy and frankly looked very half heartedly done. I then had to schedule a touch up and getting in touch with the artist was overly difficult. When I finally got in for a touch up he just added black to the tattoo that was originally in color and took about 10 minutes with the whole process. I now still have a very patchy and horribly colored tattoo that I will be having a different shop fix. This tattoo was for my grandparents and its a rather ugly and disappointing piece to look at. Do not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Came in made an app had over a mo to prepare and on app day wasn't. Didn't get what was planned finished had to change my plans to make a second app. Was instructed to come back the next day any time after 3 for care he didn't show until 420 no apology. Second app there 20 min before he even acknowledged me. Spent more time waiting for him to talk text eat drink than I did in the chair. He obviously believes he is better than he is he is heavy handed and tho his lines are decent they lack quality detail. As a customer he gave me little consideration and I felt intentionally ignored.
