went in to make an appointment and they took forever to get to me and my friend, about 30 minutes. we made appointments for the following week and when I got there I was told I wasn't even on the schedule, but they fit me in anyways because my tattoo was simple. i got tattooed by the guest artist "X". fair to say I was overcharged ($80 for this) and the lines aren't the greatest.
