I had my first tattoo done at the Telegraph Road studio. It's been almost 4 years and the color is still vibrant. No bleeding of the colors or the lines. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the studio and the tattoo site prep process. As a Nurse, that was the most important first impression.

I went in Monday to get a couple piercings done and the staff were super friendly and kind. John who did my piercings was very friendly and made the experience I little less nerve wracking. Very clean place and highly recommend. Auper satisfied with my piercings.

Dissapointed with their customer service. I scheduled a consult and met with Ryan. The consult felt a bit rushed and he didnt take notes of the the consult. I explained and showed him what I wanted. Since the tattoo was scheduled for the following week, I didn't give much thought on the rushed consult. He told me he would put something together to show me prior to tattoo day. Called several times and was told he was confused on what I wanted and the day prior to the scheduled tattoo, was told to come in the day of the tattoo to discuss this again. Decided to cancel as it seemed I was not taken seriulously. Totally unprofessional!!!

Had a appointment at 5 sat and waited about 5 people came in after me and were all taken care of not one artist came out to talk to me about the design I waited for 30 minutes after waiting I approached the front counter they said oh sorry someone will be right with you waited another 10 minutes still no service so I walked out! I get that you are busy and have multiple artists, but you should not schedule so many people as your studio can not handle the volume!! Bad Customer service all the way around!! Do not recommend this place!
