Made an appointment for 6 pm and upon arrival was informed that it would be a few minutes. After waiting 40 minutes it was revealed that Tyler in reception had not even informed the artist of my arrival and was still in the middle of working on another customer. I was then informed it would be another 5 minutes. After 10 minutes had passed I decided to call it a day and reschedule... Tyler was not apologetic or sympathetic to the situation repeatedly implying I must have some other plans. I just do not think it's appropriate to have to wait 1 hr after my appt time. Ultimately ended up cancelling the appt. Seemed unorganized and unprofessional

Worst piercing experience of my life and would not recommend anyone to go here for a piercing. I believe it took over 10 minutes to get my medusa piercing finished and during the part of putting the ball on the piercing it hurt so bad. It kept being twisted and the piercer was very rough and didn't at all seemed concerned that I was in extreme discomfort. Also even after he finished he didn't seem at all worried over the fact all color in my face had drained and I was trembling from such a horrifying experience... Also he didn't make sure to swab the area with alcohol swabs after he was finished. Trust me when I say I would never ever get a piercing again if this piercer was the only one able to do it.
