I had my appointment with Meg for 2 tattoos. It was a very clean space and everyone was very welcoming.

I arrived to the shop, the lady at the desk was very unwelcoming although she said hi while getting on the phone. I stood there waiting to get information for her. She told me to hold on in the middle of conversation to answer the phone and make reservations and arrangements for whoever she was talking to on the phone and I felt that was unprofessional when I was standing there right in front of her all she could tell me was that to make an appointment I had to pay half in advance for two people but she never really gave me any information on who's the best at drawing or designing the idea that I have for my tattoo she told me I also had to set a schedule to get a consultation about this tattoo at this time I felt that she did not want to serve me so I exit the building and went to a different tattoo shops that treated me would be better customer service
