I have been coming to splash for the last 5 years. I do love this shop and have recommended it many times over the years. The staff and piercing/tattoo rooms are clean and well kept. I came in today and the experience was quite off. I patiently waited 45 minutes for the piercing artist because I dropped my Monroe piercing in the sink and needed to be sized for new jewelry. I had no problem waiting for good service. While waiting the receptionist took numerous phonecalls and acted very short and rude with each person that called. I was called back to the room and told that they had no jewelry in stock so they would refund my money. I wish they would have known they had no standard jewelry when i came in to avoid the wait. However they graciously refunded my money and I left the tip due to the piercer being very nice and thorough. Then the receptionist refunded me $80.00 instead of $40.00 so she had to charge my card $40.00 again. Luckily I have the money to cover the wait for the refund to come through but others may not have that luxury so this is a problem. I didn't want my piercing to close so I went to another shop for jewelry which was unsuccessful. Then I drove to my mother's house to get the original post I was given at splash but still needed help to put it in. I called splash to set up a time where i could come and get help to put the piercing in. The receptionist rudely explained that they may not be able to put the jewelry in because it depends on the threading etc. etc. Understanding I said "okay may I please make an appointment to come in" (hoping to avoid waiting again for nothing" She snapped back, "you can just come whenever" and hung up. I decided to not come back in because I was so irritated. I anticipate the shop losing additional business due to the rude attitude of this receptionist.

I've been going to Splash for about 6 years now. Perry has done all my beautiful tattoo work and Andy/Renee have done all my awesome piercing work. The artists and piercers are talented, personable professionals who you can always count on to guide you and take the necessary time and care to make it a wonderful experience. The front desk crew are just as knowledgeable and always a joy. Exceptionally clean place and exceptionally cool people.

Just got snake bites from Andy, took maybe 10 minutes. He explained all of the proper aftercare and precautions well before it was done, and answered any questions I had. Very professional and laid back. He made sure everything was lined up how I wanted and explained the whole process and made it very streamlined and easy. This is my first lip piercing and it didn't hurt as bad as biting your lip while eating, and I'm extremely happy with the service, I'll definitely be going back.

This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve been to quite a few piercing shops and nothing compares to them. I went in to get both nipples pierced and Andy was so kind and comforting when I was scared. It’s very clean and all the rooms are fully separated with doors so you get as much privacy as possible. Definitely go here if you want a good experience and piercings that you won’t regret :)

Great place. Awesome staff, very friendly and welcoming as well as super clean. The shop was really nice inside. Very calming experience was quick and easy. Appreciate Chloe and the other lady’s for all their help. Will be recommending this place to all the ppl I know

I had my nose pierced today at Splash of Color. The employee who pierced my nose was named Andy. Andy was very kind and explained the whole process to me. Andy helped me pick out my nose ring. Andy was very knowledgeable and very kind. Andy’s customer service was simply extraordinary. I would highly recommended splash of color for any piercings and I would suggest asking for Andy. I will be returning to Splash of color in the future. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

From the start of the process to schedule the appointment to the day of the appointment for our tattoos, everything went great! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cali, our tattoo artist, was fantastic! He is an exceptional artist and a pleasure to work with!

Had my septum done by Kenny, it was my first piercing ever but Kenny did a wonderful job educating me on the process along with aftercare and made me feel very comfortable. Great experience, I'm very happy that I chose this business. Very friendly staff overall.
