It seems like they have a habit of ignoring Black customers. Horrible service! I walked in and stood there for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking me what I came there for. Despite the fact that there were workers standing right in front of me talking amongst themselves. I had to leave. There are better places to spend your money. I went to another place down street and they did an amazing job.

Had a tattoo done yesterday by Matt Black, he was super nice and fun. My tattoo looks good and it was a really clean/ sterile area (which was important to me) I definitely want to get more (by him or someone else there, they are all talented from what I seen).

When I come in, no one come to greet me. So I patiently waited. Still no one come out. Then finally a tattoo artist came out to talk to two other customers. He didn't even acknowledge me. I had to keep saying excuse me. When he finally responded. I felt like he bushed me off. Saying without asking what I wanted. You want be able to get a tattoo today. Call back Monday and walked off.

This place is amazing.. The waiting área is so nice and cozy.. Jessica did my nose piercing and she was awesome, she explained everything about what she was doing before she even did my piercing, she answered all my questions that i had..she knew exactly what she was doing.. I would definately recommend this place to everyone.!! I cant wait to get my first tattoo from there. 😊

I remember going here a few months back for my first tattoo. I thought the tattoo artist was going to give me crap and don't want to waste his time with me, but when I walked in the guy treated me how I would treat anyone who gives respect. I told him this was going to be my first tattoo , but he still was patient with all the questions I asked. I got the tattoo it was better than I thought and he was a chill dude. Definitely recommend for first tattoo or find a new artist.

Jess is my go-to piercer. She is so kind, very precise, and she makes you feel comfortable. Over the past year, I've gone to Jess to have my nostril, belly button, tragus, 2nd lobes, and nipples pierced. Every time has been a postitive experience. The shop is very clean and has a great atmosphere.
