I scheduled with Tony to have a butterfly covered up( it is under the red rose) and start putting some flowers on my arm. He has done a phenomenal job, pays attention to detail, takes his time and always listen to what I want while still educating me on what is best for my skin. His schedule may be a little booked at times but he is worth the wait I promise, my next session is already scheduled!

Lauren and Audrey are amazing! I've had multiple piercings done by them and they always heal amazingly. The jewelry is top notch, they have a nice selection of Gold body jewelry as well. They're both super friendly and knowledgeable about piercings. I would highly recommend them for your next piercing.

Well, I have been here for 3 piercings so far, and the last time I went was on the 4th of January. My lip piercing was fine, but my mother's upper helix was not fine. She told the peircer that the rod was too short, but she put it in like that anyway. So a day later my mom has a swollen and red ear. Then it gets so bad she has to go to the ER. She had to get a tetanus shot and was prescribed some antibiotics. I'm assuming she got the infection from the metal as it was fine until the jewelry went into her ear. The piercing fell out of her ear so there goes the $80+ I paid for her to get it done. I don't know why but I paid three different fees for them just to have this happen. I really had a good opinion on this place but now I don't think I'll come back. I partially feel scammed especially since they don't tell prices beforehand and they don't tell you about the extra $15-$30 fee. What am I paying for other than the piercing and the jewelry? All of that money just for it to fall out and be infected.

I just visited Eternal with my 13 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Lauren was PHENOMENAL with her. My daughter was nervous but Lauren was so calm, relaxed and she explained everything she was doing. The jewelry is fantastic quality and they had great options to pick from. Lauren really took her time with us and we felt super comfortable. The facility was also really clean and we felt like we were in good hands. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!
