This shop is amazing! Everyone who works here is extremely professional and talented. You really don’t need to go anywhere other than this shop. Every artist here has their own style, and you know that variety is the spice of life! But seriously these guys are top notch, I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I had an appointment with Nickole and found her extremely inattentive and cold from the beginning. She disregarded a previous picture I had sent and drew a completely different version. There was no color in her drawing but the type of flower she drew would be a completely different color than what I wanted! Sunflowers are usually yellow. The image I had was a blue flower. The design in the middle of the flowers looked nothing like the design in my image. I wasn't prepared for such a change and Nickole and I were not able to work at all together. No discussion. This was her only offer. I had to argue my case to get my deposit back. As I walked out the door, they laughed and did high fives. Like I was a freak and I felt terrible. It was A pretty bad experience for me. I think Nickole could have handled it a bit different and I could have walked out with a bit more humility.
