My first experience w/tattoos (and I am not a young person) and they were awesome. I felt totally comfortable. It was very clean and sanitary and Liz was amazing. I totally recommend her. I was actually told to ask for someone specific, but when they told me Liz could do it I went for it. She was terrific. Thank you. I can remove "tattoo" from my bucket list as a great experience and I love my tattoos.

I had gotten a tattoo from one of the guys there in the past whose name I will omit. So when it came time to get a full sleeve done I figured I would go back. I had a completely different experience this time and was completely ignored. I had met with the artist to see some sketches which he didn't have, but said he would txt to me. I called and emailed probably 6-7 times over the course of two months to get the sketches for my design and was ignored completely. Finally the artist replied to apologize. I thought no biggie and showed up for my appt... found out it was cancelled once I arrived and the worker there said I cancelled the appt which i find odd since I took a whole day off to get tatted. AS I SAID MY PREVIOUS EXERIENCE PRODUCED MY FAVORITE TATTOO. For the quality of service to drop so drastically especially for a returning customer is concerning, not sure what is going on but unfortunately you lost a walking billboard on this one.
