Tye was great! So were the ladies helping me at the front desk. They fit me in, as a walk in for help with a piercing. (Accidentally pierced my own ear, trying to open a old hole, 10/10 do not recommend) Tye made sure it was cleaned up put actual piercing jewelry in since I decide to just keep it. He did a jewelry change on a fresh noise piercing to help it heal better. (Ring to stud) had it pierced with a gauge to big, (at a different piercing place) so he put in proper gaged jewelry. Everyone was super friendly, informative, helpful. I love their jewelry selection. It is a bit more expensive, but you can’t put a price on quality especially something going into your body. Plus there is lots to choose from and it’s all gorgeous! Thank you guys!

Ty is hands down the best piercer in muskegon. I have alot of tattoos and several piercings so I've had my fair share of experiences. I brought my friend along whom has no tattoos or piercings at all and he got his nose done and I got the vertical labret. Ty was absolutely incredible, he talked us thru everything and was extremely professional and was super cool and fun to sit and chat with during our visit there!! Both piercings turned out insanely beautiful and perfectly placed I recommend Ty over any one else in muskegon!!

Cory did and always does a great job. Relaxed and clean atmosphere. He is very creative and helpful for my ideas and designs and did I mention his patience. Great experience.

All I can say is this is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable piercer I have ever came into contact with. I had a very bad piercing done a year and a half ago at another shop and someone told me about Tye. He tried so hard to make my bad piercing a success but it was no use. So, on his advice, I removed it and waited. I went back and got the same piercing done right and am so happy with it. He really is the best in the industry. If you want your piercing to look and feel amazing, look no further. This is your shop. I will go no where else ever!!!!

Phenomenal staff! Everything was clean, organized, and they were very knowledgable.

Had a great experience. My septum piercing went perfectly didn't feel it and still have no pain or swelling even though it's been 24 hours. I would recommend going there for any piercing. He was amazing and knew what he was doing. Won't do any piercing he feels shouldn't be done which I think is great. Will be going back for more.

I've been tattooing for 11 years and this place wouldn't sell me stencil stuff, very disappointing.

I got my septum pierced and emma had gotten a vertical labret. Both of us had an amazing time. It was great. They were all super polite and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. The piercer Tye was very thorough and very dedicated in giving me and my sister in law the best experience as well as a quality piercing! On top of it the people in the front were so great and just really honestly made the whole experience great. I loved everything about this! 💚💚💚 thank you so much!!

Tye did my piercing. He was amazing. Very professional, showed me everything was sanitized, made me feel more comfortable than anybody ever has before a piercing (shot). Didn't even hurt. Both girls I seen at the counter, (one yesterday and one today) were very nice. I'll admit it is a little pricey for the jewelry, but I'm not sure why others are complaining about it or writing bad reviews over it? They completely explain it to you before hand! If you choose to pay the price and get it done dont come back and write a bad review over it. Honestly, the jewelry Comes with a warranty so in reality it's really not that expensive. What other place do you know that offers that?
