Couldnt have asked for a better experience getting pierced there. Me and my boyfriend went in for piercings i got my industrial and he got his tongue done. The piercer took his time making sure he had everything he needed, knew what he was talking about and was calm and very nice. I would definetly return for more peircings in the future you definetly get what you pay for.

Great atmosphere, definitely an old school original spot. Miles above all of the "cookie cutter" fly by night shops. They treated me like family the second I walked in. I went in looking for a generic tattoo out of a book and walked out with a Jay Derma original piece that I can be proud to show off for the rest of my life.

I went to get my medusa pierced today and it's so far to the left it's ridiculous. I even specifically mentioned how nervous i was for it to be crooked and it still got messed up. I have no choice but to take it out and it's really upsetting because i've wanted this piercing for years. very disappointed. I even waited 20 minutes so they could get the tattoo process ready for the client after me.

Had a simple cross done by Jay! Very professional and funny! i highly recommend coming to see him. I even came 10 mins before close and he was able to squeeze my friend and I in!! Thanks Jay!!!!

Got my nose pierced. Got a bloody nose. Find out the needle didn't go all the way through. Piercer asks other employee for a tool, employee gives him the wrong one, piercer explains he wants the other one because it's better, employee says it's lost, they ultimately decide to open up the drain later to see if it's there. Piercer snaps at my 14 year old for recording (when I told her she should take some pics he didn't say it was prohibited or anything). Second attempt at piercing worked.
Fun upbeat attitudes from the calls I made prior to the piercing seemed to disappear during the session, and I felt rushed out the door. My daughter was supposed to get a piercing too, however they told me she had to be 15 to get her cartliage pierced (after previously being told we just needed a copy of her birth certificate).
Never again.
