Would give no stars if possible. Left to wait over an hour and never even meeting with the artist after scheduling the appointment in advance, horrible customer service.

This guy messed up my tattoo so bad. Its lines are awful and he went over it 100 times. It turned out to not even be the design that I wanted. He made his own because he knew he messed up. Then asked me how to fix it. He’s the artist and should know. But no. And I still had to pay even though I am very unsatisfied and he clearly knew that.

I’ve been to a quite a few shops around Port Huron, Chesterfield, and Utica, and this shop had, by far, the friendliest and most helpful staff of any shop i’ve been to. I definitely recommend, as this is best tattoo experience i’ve ever had.
edit: been seeing john as my artist and made an appointment with brad by accident, wish i would’ve just not gotten a tattoo. lines are shaky, extremely unsymmetrical, and the colors look awful. save your money, or just make sure to get a tattoo from anyone but him. there ARE good artists here.

I came in knowing what I wanted just not how or where i wanted it, Reno helped me by drawing up a couple different ways for my tattoo and came up with the perfect one.. I recently lost my mom to cancer so I wanted a cancer ribbon with her Initial Enter twined with it, it turned out perfect! And my mom was catholic so the way he did it makes it look like part of the letter P has a cross in it! With this tat meaning so much to me he definitely did not let me down, and went with putting it on my forearm so I can see it everyday and its perfect! I am so happy, I will be returning for my next one!!

I got a tatto of my dad's 72 k5 and a weeping willow for my mom on my back, a pretty big piece, it was affordable and its nothing more then perfect. I couldn't ask for a better tattoo. My artist was Reno and he was super nice. I will definitely get my next tattoo by him!
