Art and Soul is my go to for all of my tattoos. I always have a positive experience working with Shelby in setting up my appointments. Also, I highly recommend my Artist Geoff. Geoff's attention to detail, his willingness to closely work with me, his friendliness and laid-back attitude, make each session a great experience.

Awesome experience, they tried their best to try and get my piercing to pop out since it was stuck in my lip. Everyone was super sweet and I genuinely wished I lived in this area and not originally lived in GA because I would for sure frequent this shop!!

I took my 7 yr old to Art & Soul to have her ears pierced. I have been to them personally for piercings but this was my first experience being a guardian for a minor getting a piercing. I don't want to sound creepy, but please, TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE for their piercings! My daughter was respected the whole time, the facilities have always been clean and at the end of her procedure she was given a goodie bag. Spanky was her piercer; he was very professional, kind, and relatable. My daughter thought his name was just the best too! Of course the selection of jewelry was nice, shop was clean and paperwork was easy, the most important endorsement was my daughter saying afterwards that "Spanky was the nicest man she's ever met and it didn't even hurt!". I think that's all you need to know when deciding on a piercing parlor for your little one. I will recommend this shop to other mothers and I will be back!! Thank you Spanky!

I got my first tattoo here, so unfortunately I didn't realize I was getting bad service until afterwards. I saw Travis here, and on my 1st touch up appointment, (I got a blackout tattoo and those require several touch up appointments), he did a rush job and the edges are horrible. I even had to point out spots on the tattoo needing touched up that he didn't notice/acknowledge. My blackout is transparent and uneven on the edges and blotchy. After he was done he told me that I don't need any more touch ups, though anyone can clearly see my tattoo needs more work. Overall, I feel like Travis did his own thing with my tattoo, rushed the touch up, and then tried to get rid of me so he didnt have to do touch ups on my tattoo. I'm really disappointed and will be going somewhere else to fix my arm up and to get the design that I wanted with this tattoo.

Been trying to get a Tattoo for over a week and had a appointment for 11.45 and then they didn't open the door until 12.05. Waited in line to find out l had to get another appointment. So then when we were leaving was told in a very sarcastic way...have a great day! Not good way to treat people. Will be going somewhere else to get a Tattoo.

I had to get my nose re-pierced and I researched a few places in the kalamazoo portage area. I previously used another place and did not super appreciate their attitudes. From the gal upfront to the piercing it was a wonderful experience. I walked in and waited a bit since they were busy, but it was not very long. He took me back to the room and walked me through what he was going to do. He was professional, clean, precise, and friendly. I recommend getting your piercings done here!

I love art & soul tattoo. So many talented caring artist and piercers. I’ve gotten 6 piercings and 4 tattoos here and couldn’t be happier. Jon is my go to guy for tattoos. He is so creative and listens. I can’t recommend enough. Thank you to the staff here for always being so great.
