I had an appointment that i had to wait a whole month for, and they have enough audacity that when i show up and sit down they show me a different sketch and ask if its okay. The most unprofessional thing i have ever seen. Couldnt even send a email letting me know that they couldnt do the tattoo i wanted. Then when i said no i dont want ur ugly sketch with no shading that i was gonna pay $480 for, what a joke. Then when i leave they give me my downpayment 100 short and they stapled the money too the receipt. The most ridiculous thing i have ever seen. If u are looking for a tattoo DO NOT go to art and soul tattoo.

I have gotten tattoos here I the past. Marty did awesome work and was very personable. However today July 11 2021 I spoke to Blaine about some shading I was wanting to have done. He was working on a client which to me was uncomfortable setting. He came off as very rude I don't think he had a clue how to quote a price or how long it would take. He quoted a price between 550 and 650, and two setting between 2 and 4 hours. The young lady at the counter was very nice and helpful see.ed to have a better clue than Blaine. I read some other reviews about Blaine he should probably think about another line of work.

Love this place! I get all my tattoos and piercings done here. The atmosphere is awesome and the artists are all really cool and talented. I see Blain for my ink and he's such a cool guy. Will recommend this place every time.

Love art and soul! I come here for all of my piercings and my first tattoo was done so well. Blaine was the artist and he did the linework on my tattoo so well, it looked exactly how i wanted it too.

Best place in town. Everyone I know, family and friends get tattoos and piercings here. The best (and the most knowledgeable in K-zoo). Great range of tattoo styles. Traditional sailor jerry to very stylized. They take on whatever you bring them with class and highly sanitized atmosphere.
