Awesome!! I got a 4 inch tattoo on my back with lots of detail, looks like they took the picture and CTRL+V onto my back. Highly recommend asking for Blaine! Man does amazing work!

I just got my belly button pierced & I was extremely nervous, being very scared of needles. I went into the shop and got helped right away. Spanky was the guy that did mine and my friend's piercing. It was painless! Very very quick, the entire piercing took 26 seconds. Spanky was very talkative and nice and really made my friend and I feel comfortable. I highly highly highly suggest going to get your piercings done here. After this one, I want to go back and get more!!!

I haven't had a piercing since living in Kalamazoo and was unfamiliar with which place to go to. After reading some reviews, I decided to drop in and to get a feel for the place before committing to a tragus piercing. Walking in, everyone was super friendly and the lady at the counter patiently answered all my questions; the shop was very clean and well organized. I decided to go for it. After only a couple minute wait, Spanky came out to get me and we got started. He was very welcoming and explained everything thoroughly from their own studio cleaning practices to the aftercare for my piercing. He was awesome. The piercing was painless and incredibly quick, couldn't have asked for a better experience -- now I want another! :P

Communication is very poor and they don't allow guests. Overall was not confident or comfortable with the process and ended up cancelling my tattoo even with the non refundable deposit.

Nate did my tattoo yesterday, it was awesome! He redesigned my reference photo to be just what I wanted and gave me great tips to make sure it stays in perfect condition! For sure the best place in Kzoo!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I got my piercing done here, and this is THE place to get a piercing. I was in and out of the building within 10 minutes, everything was sealed and sterile, everything was organized and clean and the staff was super nice and professional and very informative! Loved loved love my experience.
