I HATE GOOGLE
I planned on getting a small walk-in tattoo and inquired about prices. Their art is okay but their rates are a total rip-off for anyone that doesn't know better. $200 for a small-medium sized basic flowal *apprentice* tat? I walked out laughing. My ink is $100/hr done by seasoned artists. Dont get ripped off by these guys.

I went in for a nose piercing for the 2nd time. The staff was super duper awesome my piercer was such a sweetheart she told me everything I needed to do, instructions on how to take care of it etc..I love this place definitely going back for my Monroe piercing😁

Smiley messed up the coloring on my tattoo and I’m really not surprised. I wasn’t talked through the process at all and I would have liked to see a final image with the coloring before it was done on my body. He kept leaving the room to talk to his coworkers and seemed very distracted doing my tattoo. I’m waiting on a response to see if they’ll fix the errors they made, but I doubt there’s any salvaging of this the way I’d like it. He did great line work but I wish he would have went slower so he would be sure of what he was doing.
EDIT: I must say I was EXTREMELY disappointed when my tattoo was colored incorrectly. However, I do recommend Smiley if you’re going to get a personal piece by him because his line art and technical application is excellent.Kind team at rockstar, very patient.

Got my nose piercing fixed from them and my tragus piercing. When I say they were extremely polite and calming. The anxiety you get from getting a piercing didn’t exist, this is the only place I’ll go for any piercing I get ❤️

Paula and Shadiyah are both wonderful people! Very well versed in their field and highly professional! When dropping off a cake to Shadiyah, Paula was kind and efficient about telling me if someone walked in to please stand outside to wait for payment while the 4 person rule is in effect. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this coming from someone who’s husband has an auto immune disease. Taking added care during this time is so well respected.
