After the swelling had went down on my lip my piercing it's obviously crooked I went to discuss this with the female that pierced it and she denied that she did her piercing wrong and told me it is because it was swollen well the swelling has went down in these pictures and you can see that clearly I am correct my piercing is facing the side of my face pointing to my ear she then proceeded to tell me it has to heal and she'd repierce it again I said I'd rather them not touch me again especially since she was not gentle nor informative before doing the piercing and did not admit to her wronging and to please give me my money back I was refused I have recently called up there and ask to speak to the owner and I was given quite an attitude and told that my number will be given to the owner I highly doubt this is going to happen so now I am without a piercing and without my money

The piercing process itself was very good. Fast easy and painless. Although I got my tongue web pierced and it seems as if the ‘stainless steel’ is wearing off and it seems as if it’s fake jewelry. The swelling has not gone down after 2 weeks and the jewelry is slowly getting wiped away. Very unhappy with the jewelry quality.

Got my first tattoo there and its really unsemetrical, the guy was kind of a dick and a couple years later it still itches like crazy--the only one of many that does that. I also got my second there around the same time and its super faded and I know for a fact that its not because of lack of care on my part. Rockstar also charges nearly 50% more than other parlors that frankly do a better job. I got excellent work done in Grand Rapids that was double the size of what I got at Rockstar for the same price.

They ran a $30 Halloween Tattoo Special, one day event....place was packed... We were all treated great, the Staff bought Pizza for us who were waiting our turn, got all our paperwork and Tat info as we waited, had Halloween Flash ready to go or you could use your own, I emailed my image as I waited and was ready when my turn came..once in the chair they didn't rush, took their time, even thought the line was out the door...made sure I got what I wanted, looked Great, area clean, hygienic, Staff was fun and Professional... Thinking about a Piercing, a Private Piercing, would trust them without a doubt.....!!

One of the workers called me poor just cause I said it cost a lot for a tattoo there. They might not be bad but, I rather go to anywhere else to get a tattoo who are less rude about my situation. It's like he thought I want to start something by saying that's alot. I treat people the same anywhere and everywhere I go ,but I don't get treated in the same respect. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF U WANT A NEW TATTOO!

Got all 4 of my tattoos done here but any tatto artist thats usually avalible they are all great very experienced and professional! Had my tounge, belly button, and both tragus piercings done here. They all heal perfectly! Always go back! VERY STERILE ENVIORNMENTS
