The lady that did my daughter's piercing was very professional and she made it very painless. The girl up front had zero personality but thankfully the piercing lady did.

My friend had went here for a tattoo that she drew. It was just line work. Then told her she HAD to have shading in it and wanted to look up pictures of google instead of doing her own design, which she wanted. They took forever to look up pictures. She again said she just wanted line work done and they, again, said shading has to be in there. She told them she was just going to go somewhere else and they said “fine go leave”. Not happy with the way they handled that. Will never go here and she will never go here again.

I went there and smiley do my tattoo and my piercing his a very friendly and funny guy his awesome! I give this place 5 stars cause when I went there I really wanna get tattoo done that day cause the next day I was gonna be very busy and i call places but nobody can't take me so i go there and talk to smiley and his like "sure i can take you right now" and as soons I get there he gets me in and start with my tattoo..customers service is so funny they jock around with you and talk very straight "thing the I like btw" but they very respectful ppl...I LIKE YOU GUYS!!

As nice as the people are that work here, my expierience was not that good. I got my first tattoo in 2016, just a simple saying on my arm, only 3 words. After the tattoo healed the letters were very blotchy and the ink looked like it had pulled out In a lot of spots, I went back and had it touched up, the tattoo after healing a second time still did not look good. I went to another tattoo shop recently and had them look at it and they said the person who did the tattoo did not saturate the ink into my skin well enough, had them redo it and now it looks amazing.

Stopped in and had a great experience. Phil was my tattoo artist. He was capable, professional and produced my favorite tattoo. I'd definitely recommend it, if you're on the fence.

Would honestly give them no stars if I could but that was not an option. I called Rockstar Tattoo around the time they opened and spoke to one of the artists on the phone. Told him I was looking to get a really small and quick tattoo sometime that day and he told me he was pretty busy now but if I came in the shop around 5 PM he would definitely be able to tattoo me. I arrived there around 4:45 to be courteous. I know there is paperwork involved and other things before I can even be tattooed. I walk in and its pretty slammed. No one even acknowledges me for about ten minutes as I am just sitting there waiting. Someone finally comes up to me and I tell them what I was told on the phone and she tells me to wait one minute as she finishes with someone else. Her one minute was obviously twenty minutes. I sit in this shop waiting and waiting for someone to finally tell me I can wait about another 20 minutes to get my tattoo done because the guy who I talked to on the phone was apparently busy and couldn't see me anymore. I worked the front desk at a dental office and I know how overbooking gets and I truly believe everyone there handled the situation horribly. They should of told me in the first place that they were busy and could not see me that day instead of wasting my time and having me sit in that shop staring at the ceiling. They also quoted my two inch tattoo that was just a outline and would not even take more than ten minutes at 80 bucks. I am a great tipper. I would never spend more than 100 on a tattoo of that size in a shop located in ROSEVILLE. PS don't ever let "Smiley" pierce your septum. I got mine done by him years ago and he pierced mine so low that it looked stupid on me. Not only did I look stupid, but it was so low it closed two days after I took it out after having it in for two years. When I went and got it re done they told me he did not pierce me where he was supposed to. Joke of a tattoo shop if you ask me.

I have several tattoos from Kyle "Black", and love all of them! Rockstar is the joint ya heard! They're clean and reasonable, if you aren't a jabroni, you'll go there to get inked/pierced.

I got my piecing done their by David and the whole experience was super he asked me if I liked them and showed me how to clean then I got my ears pierced 3 or 4 times at Clair's and they put them it the wrong place I highly recommend rockstar for piercing
