Ok so me my mother had recently lost our grandmother so my mom wanted to get a memorial tatoo. But one of the employees there was very unprofessional and made my moms tatoo feel like a burden and when he had messed up my mom politely redirected him. That is when it felt like a burden because he was impatient with her she has paid good money and this tatoo has acualy been somthing she has been wanting for a few years now so we are very upset with the employee and most likely will not visit there again.

Someone I know who is hiv positive got a tattoo here an tattoo artist cathy north told the customer they were going to wear a hazmat suit, an made cruel jokes through the tattoo process. Super rude wouldn't recommend at all

Peircer is very nice and perfessional. But the tattoo artist take forever or not all to get back to you.

I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced here and they were excellent with her. Clean shop and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was very appreciative of how they treated my daughter.
