Called to see if they do peircings guy sounded nice over the phone however lol that wasn’t the case when I got there. All I wanted was a diamond piercing on my ear but they guy didn’t even tell me what he had which was horrific looking and he made me sign papers than when I told him "oh I wish you would’ve told me what you had than I wouldve known not to come cause I prefer the diamond stud looking one" he said "well there is a 10$ service fee" HUH?!?! You wanna charge a setup fee without even showing me the choices I have to pick from which was literally one one choice. Idk it was smelly and a they were really weird in there I wouldn’t ever go there again or recommend.

Went in today for my first tattoo. Nick did the work on me, and he was awesome! He made sure I was okay with everything knowing it was my first tattoo, took the time to explain proper care to me and offered to answer any questions any time over the phone. Very professional, and definitely the best first tattoo experience I could ask for! I'll definitely be going back.
My friend came with me to get her eyebrow pierced, and Roscoe was at the same high standard as Nick. He let us know that there would be a little bit of a wait before he could pierce (he was finishing up a tattoo, so no problem for us), and offered her the same quality information about care for her piercing and helped her pick the best starter jewelry. Definitely would recommend both of these guys to anyone!

Rosco pierced my septum Sunday, January 5th 2020. He was awesome!! His method was quite painless. Answered any and all of my questions and walked me through the process step by step. I called today (Thursday) and asked for him by name with a few additional healing questions and he was more than happy to help me. Great experience and I will recommend this shop to friends! I haven't had a moment to review this shop in detail until now, but I have nothing but good things to say about it. I've been to this shop 3 times for tattoos 2 other times for piercings. Roscoe is amazing, he's very prideful in his work and is completely sanitary and dedicated. Offers very competitive prices for anything he does (tattoos, piercings, jewelry etc) he's the only person I trust with any tattooing and I wont go anywhere else. I've been coming here for years now and that wont be changing. I feel the customer service is also top notch because they actually put their clients first, and that is important to me. The work I've had done by Roscoe has been nothing but top quality and I couldn't be happier.
