Brook is absolutely phenomenal. Makes your experience comfortable and even enjoyable considering you're getting pierced. :) She's talented, patient, understanding, immaculately clean, and a rad person all around. If you're looking for a piercer, you can stop now.

Traveling from Chicago. Wanted to get an additional nose piercing. Brooke was the piercer. She was so sweet and honestly the best customer service we gotten in MI. I’ve already had other piercings (septum & nostril) she was so genuine, and suggested that I change the other other jewelry as it would fit my face better. She was so right, it looks so pretty. When I come back to MI I’ll definitely go back. Thanks Brooke!

Cant say enough about how cool and professional Brook is! She has a great spunky personality and walked my daughter through the whole process for getting her septum pierced. She made both of us feel comfortable and her attention to infection control was remarkable. I do not have any cool one myself. But, if I wanted one I wouldn't want any one else to give me one!

Brooke has done my industrial bar, my nose, my belly piercing, and my forward helix. She has also done my re piercings. Brooke treats me like family and is very nice everytime I come. I would not go to anyone else.

Rex did an amazing job on a Queen Anne's Lace tattoo I recently had done. The shading quality is top notch. I have received nothing but compliments on how realistic it looks. I am very pleased with this tattoo. The care he and Brook took in helping with the design, placement and aftercare was phenomenal. I will be going back for more work in the verry near future!

Very friendly service for my daughter's 2nd ear piercing. My daughter is a fainter when it comes to shots so I was nervous to hear that they wouldn't use a gun for the piercing. However Brooke and Ryanne kept my daughter calm and carefully watched for any signs of fainting. They were as gentle as possible. Brooke had my daughter sit on the floor when it was all finished and sat down there with her while she read the care instructions. Piercing here is more expensive than the mall store but it is safer and, hopefully, totally worth it. Cost is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5.

Brook is the sweetest, and she does an amazing job at piercing ears! I got my second earing hole pierced and it looks amazing! To top it all off, the place is so clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend!
