. On the piercing side Mel is very knowledgable, clean, respectful and fun. However on the tattoo side i ran into some issues. They never answer their phone or call back when i leave a message. They also wouldn’t make it clear how payment works weather it’s by the hour or by the time slot reserved. Overall i just don’t feel right being tattooed by someone who can’t answer a simple phone call. I guess that’s my rant
I don’t even write reviews most of the time but this was too much i have to update. i went in to talk about canceling my appointment (which was done) but the attitude was so rude and degrading the whole time. Then it gets worse, the tattooest finally found my number and called me (within 5 minutes of me leaving the shop) only to harass me some more. Saying things such as “you’re taking money out of my kids mouths” and “how dare you have the audacity” after he found my negative review. Oh and lastly they kept reminding me the reason they wern't answering my calls was probably just because they were too busy…over and over again. I get it you’re popular but i won’t be returning and i hope more tag along.
