Very friendly environment! They took care of me from start to finish, and made me very comfortable. My piercer fit me in even when they weren’t expecting me, and was completely accommodating. Also they were very educating on the process; for healing & cleaning. Will definitely return for more service

Lorenzo and Miguel helped us! Not only were they super helpful and welcoming, but the vibe was awesome! Not to mention, both me and my best friends tattoos turned out perfect. We came in for walk ins and will return much more. Definitely recommend!

First of all let me start by saying I barely leave google reviews but I had to come back and do this for David. I got my tragus and cartilage done with a gun at another shop and OMG INFECTION. I went in and David took those piercings out for me free of charge and told me to come back when they were healed. I came back today and he hooked it UP. I wanted an additional piercing but he gave me his professional opinion and I opted out of it! He cares about his clients and his work. He is not after your money and will give you honest advice. Super sweet workers! The lady at the front is super friendly as well as the other staff. This is my new go to place. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not regret it!

Called to see if we needed an appointment for three people and was first told they weren’t doing piercings until tomorrow. The owner than said to the receptionist to have us come in. The experience David (the owner) provided was amazing and his receptionist was very nice! Will definitely come back when I’m in Troy!!! My Aunt didn’t even receive service and left a review!!!
