Excellent customer service! They were really helpful informative about piercings. And it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. One complaint would be that it was a little pricey, but other than that excellent! I couldn't recommend more.

I got a septum piercing in mid January and immediately noticed that it was low down, but didn't think much of it. It hurt like crazy and wouldn't stop bleeding when I got it done, but it healed fine. I went to another piercing shop today to see about changing the jewelry and was told that the piercing was so low down that it's technically not even a septum piercing. It looked like the ring was going to break through the skin at the bottom of my nose and fall out. I was also told that the jewelry is way bigger than it needed to be. It gets in the way of my upper lip when I talk. The man who did the piercing seemed anxious to get it done and to get me out the door. I took it out today and will be getting repierced somewhere else.

Derrick is an amazing artist. He fixed a tattoo that I previously had done by someone else and I absolutely love it now. No more disappointment for me anymore. Everyone is really nice at Diamond Ink also.

Went in with my wife and good friend to get some piercings. I got my nose and ear pierced, wife got tragus pierced, and friend got both ears pierced. Owner was professional, clean, safe, accommodating, and timely. Explained why he chose the placement of our piercings and asked if we were happy with it. Would go back if I lived here! Sara pierced my wife and I. The whole time, she comforted us through our REALLY QUICK experiences of pain and constantly reassured us that everything would be okay. I can not express what an awesome place, this place is. Derrick is such an amazing guy, got four of us in the same day during Thanksgiving weekend. He blew the tats out of the water there beautiful. Thank you Derrick for giving my sister in law, her first time to Michigan a great experience along with myself and two daughters! The packzi girls! Lol will never go anywhere else!
