Chroma Tattoo Studio & Laser Tattoo Removal

Great experience! The studio is comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and professional. I was just getting my ears re-pierced (I'm 67 years old!) so it was all pretty simple but Kim explained everything to me in detail so there were no surprises. My appointment started right on time. Kim made me feel very confident and comfortable. It's only been a few days but so far no discomfort or problems of any sort. I'm so pleased!

1 star because of they’re policies. If you book it requires a deposit, it does go towards your piercing or jewelry or whatever but you can only reschedule one time before having to pay ANOTHER deposit and your first deposit you had already made doesn’t go towards your service anymore. I found out the hard way, so I just canceled the entire appointment. How is me rescheduling in time inconvenienced them, it inconveniences me because I can’t get my ears pierced and have to wait another month to get a date. What a joke

Chroma tattoo has a great bunch of people working for them. Since I found out about them a few years ago I exclusively go there to get my work done. I highly recommend if you are looking to get tattooed or pierced you go and check them out.

Staff was very professional and courteous. Kim did my piercings and did an amazing job! I've had trouble with ear piercings before and she gave me lots of info to help out! Their standard piercing studs are also really nice! Theyre flat backed so they don't poke at all. Will definitely be back to get my nose pierced, maybe even a tattoo some day :)

Great experience. For a first timer, I was nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable! The entire process was great. Ben was great to work with and very easy going, helped me decide on ideas and his final sketch was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. The final product was perfect as well, I love it!

I felt very comfortable with my experience at Chroma Tattoo. Everyone was professional and very friendly. I know my health and safety, as for all customers, was a concern especially during this time (COVID-19 pandemic) and it showed. All precautions were taken and everything was sanitized. Kim was amazing and sweet during my piercing. She's very talented and knowledgeable - love her! I definitely recommend Chroma Tattoo! :)

I stumbled across the shop through my google searches while looking for a new tattoo studio to get a piece done. Chroma Tattoo is clean and professional with some extremely talented artists! Everyone was super friendly and so easy to talk to. Louis did my latest tattoo and does some truly outstanding work! His attention to detail is incredible and I will be returning to him for future pieces! I highly recommend if you are looking for a shop.

I absolutely love Chroma and would not go anywhere else for a tattoo, honestly. My dad went there about 4-5 years ago for his first two tattoos after doing a lot of research on different tattoo artists and found Cam who did his first two which turned out awesome. He later got another one then we all once again, loved. My sister and mom both got matching tattoos done by Cam that looked great and Cam did my sister and my matching tattoo. I also recently went there to get a pretty large sized tattoo on my thigh, done by Sheng. She did an amazing job with the sketches and I absolutely love the design and tattoo itself and cannot wait until it fully heals! Nothing but good things to say about this place and this is where I would recommend for anyone who asks where to get a tattoo!

I had a great experience here. Kim did a great job with my septum piercing. The environment was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I felt comfortable coming here for my piercing even amongst the pandemic. The facilities were pristine and Kim took her time to ensure the room, and her tools, were properly sanitized. I would 100% recommend Chroma to a friend.

Got a double helix piercing and two second lobe piercings from Kim, and she was fantastic! Very helpful with selecting piercings, explaining the difference in sizes and placement for what I eventually want to put in when they're healed, etc. Helpful with aftercare tips, and for the first cartilage piercings i've ever had, they hardly even hurt! The only mild complaint I had was waiting almost a half hour after my appointment time, but I don't blame Kim for that, her prior clients seemed particularly chatty, and it wouldn't have been a problem at all except I was on my lunch break. Overall, would recommend, and I'll be coming back for my next piercings!
