I just went in to ask about getting a septum piercing and get a feeling for who would be putting metal through my nose. I was met with a very unwelcome and condescending environment. They seemed uninterested in my business and my questions were met with very short answers, lacking any actual help at calming any fears I have, despite the fact that they weren’t actively doing anything.
I had decided on Liquid Swordz because of all the positive reviews I read about their friendliness and willingness to talk through the process. When I inquired about how it works, I was told “You come in, sign papers, and then we go back there.” I understand that when you’ve been doing this for 18 years, it doesn’t seem like a big deal. But I haven’t. And I can read all I want about it (I have), but I went in to ask questions to know I would be in safe hands.
I hope you reconsider how you handle walk-ins with questions in the future.
