Absolutely do not go to Lex. I had a professional artist draw a piece for me and Lex redrew it instead of printing out like I had asked. Should’ve walked out then and there. Had him do simple lettering and it’s the worst if ever seen. I have plenty of other lettering on me, and this is just pathetic. So at the very least, do not go to him if you want any sort of line work. It also healed so bad. Now I’m looking to cover his disaster of a tattoo that meant so much to me, and have an actual artist do it the way I asked. Also the shop was SO DIRTY. How hard is it to dust away the YEARS worth of cobwebs in your business? Do you have no pride? No doubt that is why I had an infection. They probably don’t clean anything in there. DO NOT GO HERE.

Lex and Michelle are Awesome!!! If you want one of a kind, superb outstanding masterpieces done this is where you have to go ! Their artwork tats should be displayed in a New York gallery!!! Their the best their is! No one can even remotely come close to being that great!! Their in big lake on corner of hwy 10 and eagle lake road!! He's the only one that will ever out ink on me!!! and their affordable to !!!

Website said walk-ins are welcome. But we got turned away at the door and told to email them to make an appointment. Apparently they haven’t updated their website since before Covid.

Have to get my tattoo fixed by someone else. Jagged thick lines, heavy hand, ink falling out and scarring. Don’t recommend for small tattoos. Went with my bestfriend and she had the same results.

Legit the worst customer service ever. I’m not from the area but was coming to visit my friend and we had planned to get tattoo or two small ones. She made the appt and he ended up changing the time. Cool, fine, we are the easiest people to work with. Not a big deal at all. 1 1/2 hours before the appt he tried to reschedule again and we were not able to do that time as we had made further plans. He said we were rude And that we should of planned on doing g our original time. Like, what? You rescheduled 3 different occasions and with such little notice the last time. He also complained about what we wanted for tattoos. Biggest whiner ever. Thank god we found the mother load of shops in town and they welcomed us with open arms and were the coolest people in the area!!!! Your loss completely!

I called to see if they were taking walk-ins like some shops do, the gentleman on the phone said "no". No biggie, right? I then told him I'd like to get a little work done and instead of offering to schedule an appointment with me he just said "well good luck to you." Lol I guess I'll take my deep pockets elsewhere in the coming months. Thank you.
