Liz is a quick, friendly, and GOOD piercer. She’ll make you feel comfortable and have you in and out in no time. At this point in time she’s pierced my nipples, my conch, my nose (twice), and she’s tapered my septum back open (after 9 years!!).

Generally, Captive is one of my top choices for piercing and jewelry because of their solid, trustworthy reputation and competitive prices.

I did Nipple piercing and my partner did septum. It was my first time ever and i have never felt this comfortable with a piercer. Liz was calm and judgement free. I was shouting at her face and she was calming and absolutely sweet about it. Liz if you are seeing this, Thank you. You are an Angel 💜💜💜💜💜

Let me start by saying how wonderfully friendly the staff are. They make the customers feel welcome and at ease. But I cannot give them more stars.

I went there on a Monday afternoon and entered to a full lobby. The guy at the desk said that the wait wasn't as bad as it looked (just getting to the point where we could check in took about ten minutes because there was only 1 person dealing with all the checking in and out). Only 1 piercer doing everyone as well. Some of the piercings that day took only 5 minutes while others would be back there for 30!

Fast forward to the end and we end up paying WAY more than expected ($90+ for earlobes)because apparently all the studs for lobe piercing are not the same price. Again, not told that there were different price points when she slid the box of colors towards us and said "which one of these do you want"?

They need to be more forthcoming with communication so customers know what to expect. Particularly when it comes to wait times since they don't do appointments for piercings. I drove a half hour to get there and sat for over 2 hours before coming out smelling of incense and marijuana.

I love love love Liz. Had my daughter there again today. We were looking for a Medusa piercing and she said my kid wasn’t a good candidate for it so we went for the double nostril. We absolutely love her and Desi at the front of the house was awesome! Love them so much and will be back!!!

I had my nipples pierced here and had an amazing experience! The piercer was professional and made me feel comfortable and took her time making sure everything was perfectly lined up.
She was thorough in explaining proper after care to make sure my piercings healed properly as well.
I will be returning in the future for all my piercing needs!
10/10 would recommend coming in!

Wonderful experience getting nose pierced. Elizabeth is a gem - she’s fun, informative and professional. The shop is bright and clean and staffed with friendly people. The prices are competitive and nice selection of jewelry.

Brought my 11 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced, Liz was great. Explained everything to us, super friendly, and did a fantastic Job.

Website says piercings are done until 5:30pm. I walked in at 4:50pm on Sunday to an EMPTY shop besides a person getting a tattoo. Took about 5 minutes for someone to come out, she asked what she could do for me and when I told her I wanted to get my nose pierced she said sorry we’re done doing piercings for the day because the piercer needs enough time to clean their tools before close. Pretty disappointed.
