Stopped in today to grab some impromptu ink, had a great session with Leif. He’s new, but clearly a rising star. Shawn stayed close and lent tips and advice as needed. Super cool to watch someone sharing the knowledge and passion of laying ink, with someone so eager to soak up the info and translate it to the amazing piece of work I received. 10/10 will be back, and if you’re looking for ink, I suggest you stop in too.

Poor communication skills un professional when it comes to customer service.Quotes are not close estimates to what you want.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY for their actions or statements. Watch out could become a money drain.
If you're going to run a business learn how to market each artist appropriately,accurately with their own skill set.
BE MORE HANDS ON and present to make sure customers are being taken care of appropriately.
I won't mention persons name because I am ethical and think everyone deserves a shot at becoming ethical.

I made it stressful 🙃. Lol Exactly what I mean with professionalism. Enjoy my money. NOTHING you responded with is truth..people trust you with their bodies. I never asked for him To finish this for free I expected him to finish shading it for the price he quoted me.

Eric did an amazing job and is so freaking sweet. And everyone ne there was super nice and encouraging.. I know it's simple black but that's what I wanted. This wolf symbolizes my moms personality R.I.H. mommy... I have one more to go for my dad and I have no doubt it will make me cry too.
