From the moment I was on the phone with Bambi making the appointment to walking out the door with our new piercings we had an exceptional experience at One Life/Wingnut piercing. Cleanliness and quality were clearly a very high priority for Bambi. My nine year old daughter had made the decision 6 months ago that she wanted her ears pierced and even stopped biting her nails in order to get the privilege to do so. However, she was extremely nervous about the process and he walked her through it in a way that made her comfortable and confident. His gentle and patient way of helping her through the process is what sets him apart. I had second holes put in my lobes and it was extremely easy and smooth compared to the "piercing gun" that was used on my first hole as a child. I will be returning for any future piercing needs.
It is worth mentioning that he even pierced Sir Huggable's ear (my daughters stuffed bear) if she could show him how to be brave!!
