I have tattoos done by 4 different shops, and STAY TRU tattoo is by far superior to all of them. Dru (they call him Dr. Dru for a reason!!) did a whole sleeve on me and I get more compliments and questions about who did my work than I can count. The place is top notch, clean and a friendly environment.

Love these guys and gals! Super professional staff, I brought in some sample artwork and ideas about what I wanted done and these guys helped me out.
Pro tip: Ask for Dave, he gives out free foot messages after your tattoo(dudes only).

I can totally see now why this tattoo shop has perfect reviews. I've been searching and struggling to find a good tattoo parlor for a long time but luckily I found this place. It's a sleek, clean, professional, cool place that never makes you feel out of place. The prices were the best I've found too. I will be going back to see Dru and his shop and a lot more. Can't recommend this place enough

Great if you want a pop art commercial little book piece. Extremely high price for the quality of work. I will say everyone seemed frindley, there are several fair priced quality shops in the area for next time.
edit: In response to the owners comment, your prices are higher than most shops in MPLS, and , you are correct, I did not get a tattoo from your shop because your artists are not good enough to handle the piece i wanted, or able to price accordingly. So, unlike the pop art fans you deal with, I was smart enough to steer clear, and I assure you, there is no next time in your shop. Thanks for responding!

I am sure they do wonderful art, but they do not do ring tattoos. Which I completely understand. I just wish they would have said something in the email when I asked. This is a question everyone should be asking because the longevity of this tattoo is limited. There was no reason by them as to why, though. Just a "No", and a "Sorry". They were very short, and unprofessional with their dealings of the situation. Both in the studio, and on the review engine.
