Thank you for a pleasant experience by Kai at Creative Images. Friendly and welcoming artists. Went in for a same night nose piercing and was taken care of. I went to this shop for a consultation on Monday everything was great I set up an appointment and payed a deposit where I was told I would receive my deposit back with 48 hrs notice. My work contract was cancelled unexpectedly Tuesday night so I called the shop to cancel my appointment because I would be returning back to my home state. I called at 1pm today ,Wednesday, where I was told I would not receive my deposit back because it was technically 47hrs till my appointment. I would not suggest this place and I can’t believe how rude the receptionist was about the whole ordeal. I’m absolutely livid.
