Dragonland Tattoo

This is the second large piece I've had done here and the second artist I'm working with and it's been a positive experience all the way around. Professional, friendly, clean, timely!

I got my first tattoo with Damien in early 2020. So sad to see him move on, but im excited for my next piece with a new artist. The staff are incredibly friendly and they all make you feel safe and welcome.

This shop is fantastic! They are extremely professional and responsible with covid regulations, and I felt safe and taken care of the whole time by their entire staff.
Dan is my artist for this piece, but I would happily get work from any of their artists, because they are all so talented. Worth the wait! Thanks guys-can’t wait for my next session!

My tattoo experience was excellent! Very professional staff. My artist was talented and experienced. Easy to talk to. Atmosphere is fun and inviting. My tattoo is beautiful. Can't wait for it to heal.

I love Kelli there! Been keeping track of where she goes for the last 5 years because I knew I wanted to get another tattoo from her. She does amazing animal tattoos and did a gorgeous memorial tattoo for me as well. I highly recommend her, shes great with detail. I got a tattoo of my pit bull who is tan and black and the way she shades his fur is stunning.

The shop is a really fun place too. I liked the decor, set up, music and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and down to earth. Very clean and professional. Being in there only made me more excited to get tattooed and not nervous at all. It was very welcoming!

Last night I got a tattoo with Stephanie and I am very happy with it. She was very professional and friendly. I was there for a while but it didn't seemed like it because we were chatting the whole time and that also helped me managing the pain. Her work is great! I recommend it 100%. It was definitely worth the drive.

Dragonland is amazing. I’ve had 4 tattoos by Shahn that are phenomenal, exactly what I asked for and wanted. The most recent 2 were by Kelli. Incredible work, again, exactly what I asked for and wanted. The attitude overall of Dragonland is nothing short of impeccable. No ego to be found even though the best artists work in the place. Clean, fairly priced, friendly and worth any wait there may be to get in. You guys are awesome!

I have always gone to Dragonland Tattoo and I always will. The artists here are absolutely amazing. They do an incredible job. This is also the most sanitary parlour I've ever seen.

What a horrible experience with Kelli. My sister and I were supposed to get correlating tattoos today that we scheduled 3 months ago. Our time slot was 12:30-6. $175/hr or $450 for a half day. We kept being told that we wouldn’t be able to see a sketch til the day of the appointment, but that there would be a lot of “buffer” time in between appointments in order to make any adjustments if something wasn’t to our liking. We also asked if there would be time to work with Kelli together and her assistant reassured us several times that although we wouldn’t be able to be in the shop at the same time (for pandemic reasons, understandable) , that we could either FaceTime and talk through the sketches or that Kelli would come outside so that we could work out what the tattoos would be. Come 1:15, my sister is shown one single sketch (black line work flora with minimal shading as requested) while standing at the front desk and Kelli refuses to come outside to work with us together and it’s too loud in the studio to FaceTime. Okay.... then my sister relays from Kelli that NO adjustments would be able to be made today because there “wouldn’t be enough time.” She was planning on tattooing the same sketch on both of us, and I wasn’t allowed to see it or give my opinion until after my sister had it tattooed?. My sister goes ahead and gets the tattoo, and I wait outside until 4PM (that’s 3.5 hours for all of you keeping track). My sister finally comes out shell shocked that she spent $450 on JUST her tattoo, and that’s before the tip. The tattoo was supposed to take 40 min- hour and it somehow took 2.5 hours. At this point I call into the studio because I still haven’t been allowed in even though my appointment started an hour previously. I let them know how frustrated I was and that I would be walking away from my appointment since there was no original sketch, no time for making adjustments, and definitely not enough time for a 2.5 hour, $500 tattoo. I’ve had seven different tattoo shop experiences and I’ve never had such an unprofessional artist. The tattoo my sister ended up with is beautiful but the whole point was that we were going to get them together and now it’s also going to be this upsetting, frustrating memory where I didn’t get mine. The art is not worth working with someone so inflexible and expensive. Highly do not recommend, especially when there is a waitlist.
