For my third tattoo I wanted something different and decided I would go to a different place in town. It didn't work and I didn't get what I wanted from the concept. I went back to Rob because I knew he would listen and be able to get me what I wanted. Finally did he get me what I wanted but he surpassed my expectations. His attention to detail gors beyond his skills as an artist. This is my second tattoo from him and I can guarantee he is my tattoo guy for life! Thanks Rob

It was alright, I got the hole in my lip that I paid for...kind of.
I came here to get a vertical labret. Precision and symmetry is key with this type of piercing, so I looked around for an expert and the reviews led me here.
I suppose with experience comes hubris. The lead piercer guy was pretty full of himself and actually rolled his eyes when I asked him to go further to the right to align it with my facial features.
His method was to align it with something *inside* the mouth, and so that's what he did.
It is now fully healed and noticeably too far to the left.
Thanks for the scar I guess.
Maybe they're better at tattoos?
Also, the waiting room was packed like sardines.

Cactus Tattoo is the only tattoo shop that I've revisited - multiple times! Their artists are knowledgeable and friendly and put a high emphasis on the quality of their work. Their 3 artists offer a variety of design strengths, so it's a one-stop shop for anything you might be thinking of. Their shop is also very clean! I have been tattooed there over 10 times, and I've never had any problems. I have never had any piercings done there personally, but based on what I've heard from those close to me, their piercing staff is thorough, professional, clean, and friendly. Their reception staff is also extremely helpful and work cohesively with the rest of the shop. It's too the only shop I recommend to friends and family!!

I just went in to look at nose jewelry because my nose ring broke and as soon as I walk in the front desk lady was super rude because I wasn’t sure of my size. She said she wasn’t comfortable selling me anything and wouldn’t even show me the selection. Wouldn’t even go here for a piercing if I was treated like that over jewelry. She refused to even help me find my size or show me any jewelry.

Came in for a small cat tattoo behind my ear and Rob did an amazing job! The staff is fun and friendly. The decor is quirky and clean. And Rob was engaging, knowledgeable, quick, and painless! Absolutely love it here and highly recommend!
