Phantom Cat Tattoo

Recently went in for my first tattoo, and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. Jake helped turn my basic design into a personalized piece for a really good price. The shop is small, so having a "private" session with just the two of us made it a lot more relaxing, and we were able to have a good conversation while he worked on my arm. Very peaceful atmosphere with cool art on the wall to stare at while the artist works. Definitely go here!

First off, I don't understand how there is a single negative review on here. Seems a little odd to me. Jacob is an amazing artist, and one of the most kind, cool, laid back guys you will meet. Definetly does not fit any of the negative comments, so please do not consider these, rather look at the consistency with the positive comments. I first met Jacob a little over a year ago, I had a 10 yr old basic/"cookie cutter" tattoo from a well known shop, and wanted a half sleeve/cover up. Jacob asked for my ideas and took a few days and came up with a unique & beautiful design, exactly what I wanted. Something that's just for me! He was flexible in accommodating my schedule, he's very reasonably priced, the shop is clean, his skills and the colors he uses are amazing-and most importantly he's gentle! The heal time is amazing. I get compliments on my tattoo nearly every day. Loved it so much I went back for two more, and will continue. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks, Jacob!

I know a lot of tattoo artists and have been to many shops around the twin cities. Phantom Cat Tattoo is by far the best in my experience. I have a sleeve that Jacob started and will be finishing. The colors are amazing and he has a one of a kind talent. The shop is very clean and private, which I appreciate. I would strongly recommend setting up an appointment for a consultation with Jacob if you want some kick ass art on your body. He is very up front and honest and if he doesn't feel the work you want is something that he would be able to do his very best at, he will refer you to another trusted colleague. Jacob Webb is an incredibly talented artist. I started going to phantom cat about a year ago after following Jacob's work on instagram for a year. Nothing beats his new school style ❤ I took him specific details that I wanted to include in my tattoo. He took everything I wanted and what he came up with for my sleeve was better than anything I could have ever dreamed about. His application and color theory is amazing and he is the most knowledgeable artist I have worked with. Clean and comfortable shop. Highly recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My girlfriend and I have both gotten work done from Jacob, and I can honestly say that we both are very pleased. His shop was on the high end of cleanliness as well as a comfortable environment. He was well mannered and a very Respectful person and a very Sociable person as well. He tended to your needs and made sure you were comfortable before he got started on doing his work. In all I have nothing bad to say about my experience and will be referring him to my friends, family, and colleagues. 5 Stars for me!

Jacob Webb is very professional, runs a clean, professional, appointment only shop. He took the time to tell me why what I wanted wouldn't work where I wanted it. I appreciate his knowledge, and commitment to the life of my tattoo. Jacob is a very skilled artist who takes challenging pieces and makes them into amazing works of art.

I found out about this place through a friend who has gone to Jacob for multiple tattoos. I went in and met him during one of my friends sessions and he greeted me with a nice smile and was very kind. When I saw his work on my friend, I got pretty excited and got eager to get an appointment set because you could clearly see his talent. The tattoo he did on me blew my mind. I got a black widow spider on my back, and people actually thought it was a real spider in the picture I took. He did a phinomenal job! Very talented man, very nice, very genuine!

After seeing Jacob's work on a co-worker/friend and hearing about how easy he is to work with, going to him was a an obvious choice for my first tattoo. I've waited a long, long time to finally decide to get a tattoo and Jacob is the perfect artist for it. I could not imagine a better experience and can't wait to have more work done by him.

Jacob is great. Super professional and amazing to work with. Got a tattoo under my boob and he locked the door so people weren't walking in while I was shirtless in the middle of the shop. Highly recommend making an appointment with him.

I went in for my consultation and told him he had free reign to do whatever he wanted on my calf. I received a stunning piece of original artwork.
