Paid $100 dollars for nothing scheduled appointment about 2 month out said he would be texting me about drawing up a sleeve so we could do a out line at my appointment made no attempt to contact me until 8 pm the night before
Said he would be talking to me about a month before and expect 5 hours of tattooing at the 1st appointment
