Poor customer service. Called them and they said they wouldn't change out a piercing even though it was done there. Always playing heavy metal music very loudly when I've been there and it's hard to hear the employees over the music. Not a fan.

Charged $80 for an inch-long semicolon that isn't completely solid, and not clean at all. This was in late-2016.
