Guns N' Needles Tattoo

Clean, friendly, awesome experience. I see Rog, and my boyfriend sees Travis. We 're always able to schedule appointments at the same time as each other, which is great! They treat us respectfully but are still able to have fun during the process. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone. From a walk-in, to a first-timer, to someone looking to finish their sleeves. Look no further.

Great atmosphere. Very sterile and clean. Travis was absolutely amazing helping me sit through my longest session yet (5 hours) and creating a tattoo that far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking for a permanent piece of artwork. Thanks for the awesome tatt Travis! Can't wait to see you next weekend for my husband's!

I worked with Ian and can't recommend him enough! I had some nerves as it was my first tattoo and Ian went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My tattoo also turned out MUCH better than expected. I would give him (and the shop) 10/5 stars if possible.

I had a fabulous experience with Guns N Needles Tattoo. From consultation to aftercare, these guys did a great job.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon asking about walk-in availability for a tattoo that was way too complicated for a walk-in, but still I was received graciously and the guys in the shop did their best to get me scheduled in asap (which ended up being, amazingly, the next day... so, a Sunday, which seems cool to me.)

I worked with Travis, who was awesome. During the consultation, his expectations were straight-forward and he asked the right questions to help me clarify my vision for the tattoo. When I came in to get the tattoo the next day, he was even better. He was the most communicative artist I've ever worked with, consistently asking me questions to gage my comfort, and easily adjusting both to my varying pain threshold and my occasional efforts to distract from the pain with small talk. I also appreciated his openness with each part of the process. There were no short answers or condescension. The aftercare explanation was excellent--very clear, which was particularly important because the bandages they used were unlike ones I'd seen before.

Re: aftercare -- the bandages they use are super cool, designed to protect your tattoo from oxygen and contaminants to make sure it heals fast (!!) and to minimize pain. Not sure why every shop is not required to use these. They're the best.

The work was very reasonably priced, and I love the tattoo. I won't need another shop in the future.

I got my first tattoo here a few months ago. It is a sanskrit om. I was extremely nervous at first, having never been through the process before. These guys had the best sense of humour while keeping me completely informed. They were extremely patient in making sure that my tattoo was everything I wanted before proceeding. Their shop was very clean, bright, and gave me a very comfortable feeling. I came here because of other fantastic referrals from friends that regularly get work done here. As long as I am in Minnesota, this will be my shop of choice and I look forward to getting my next tattoo done with these awesome guys.

Eryn is an amazing artist!! Shes great at keeping you distracted if thats what you need, and not to mention insanely talented. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

I'm a Georgian and was in town for a wedding event. I usually get tattoos whenever I'm away on a trip and want to bring back memories to keep. Well I spent my time calling around for great tattoo parlors in the area and all of them weren't as nice on the phone. Then I looked up Guns N' Needles and this very nice sounding lady who said "sure come on in with your idea and we will start there"!

So I walk in the parlor and said hey I'm here for a tattoo (LOL obviously👌🏾👏🏽) and the same nice sounding lady said yes I remember you. She politely introduced herself as ASHLI DICKERSON and handed me her business card and asked that email the art work to her. She quickly drew the first tattoo up for me and then of course I threw a curve ball at her and was like "hey I also want another tattoo can we make it happen?"

Ashli was so nice and said sure anything you want. I simply told her that by far this had been the best experience I've had thus far with dealing with artists in MN. Ashli and Ian (other artist on duty) were so welcoming and accommodating to me even as a last minute walk-in. They offered me a beverage from the refrigerator and best part was that is was totally FREE!!!

The whole establishment was inviting and clean! I mean there wasn't a spec of dust in sight (Literally could eat off the floor and not be worried). When I caught wind that Ashli was the manager on duty, I had to let it be known that she is both a awesome artist and manager all in one! IF YOUR IN MN LOOKING TO GET INKED - GO SEE ASHLI AND IAN!!!!!!!

I was completely confident in Ashli's artistic skills that I trusted her with my two pieces (Adinkra symbol and a rose). Which both turned out to be awesome.

Guns N Needles is a great tattoo shop. their place is clean and very friendly. all the staff there are super nice. Travis did my tattoo and did a really good job on it. he explained all the options really well. he also explained the aftercare really well. i would recommend anyone here.

I have worked with various artists here and they always strive to make your tattoo a work of art. The place is very clean and you feel safe getting work done. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
