Amazing shop, very clean and professional staff. If you're looking for a place that does whatever picture you printed off the net, go somewhere else. This is a shop full of artists who know what they're talking about. If you trust them, you won't just have another tattoo, you'll have a piece of art.

Definitely a great place to go to get some solid work done! Aside from a little bit of waiting, it was well worth it! Very professional and made sure I was comfortable with the placement and while I was getting my piece done. I highly recommend this location!!!

I have made a trip to Autonomy now a few times and i have been ABSOLUTELY pleased 100% with ALL the Ink I've gotten! From a couple different Artists they have!!! Whether it is just calling in to get one done or sketched, planned and adjusted~ for The Perfect Finish~

I haven't gotten a tattoo here, but I did get my nose pierced. They did a fantastic job. It was clean. They were friendly. Would recommend!

I wanted to get my nostril pierced, but I was really nervous. I stopped in a couple of times and the piercer (Travis, I think?) talked me thru the whole process and put me at ease. He even let me have my husband and kiddo (who was absolutely fascinated?) with me when he did the piercing (pre-covid). I can't recommend this place enough.

I havent been there awhile & have been itching for a new tat...& this is the ONLY shop I'll go to! Brian is freaking amazing & hands down the best tattoo artist you will find MN, maybe even the whole midwest! We're lucky to have him right here in Rochester!! He's really hard to get an appointment with, but has Travis & Sam to help him. They both do beautiful work!! Definitely won't be disappointed!!

They did a great job! Definitely recommend! Very clean building and nice helpful staff. I went to other Rochester tattoo and piercing places but they were dirty and I didn’t want to get any piercings there.

My artist and that tattooed me was Sam, idk I’d he works there anymore but he was fantastic with recommendations and knew what my skin could take during each session . I’d recommend this shop for their knowledge and experience. I’ve been satisfied with all my ink from this shop and can’t wait for more .
