Amazing service!!! Long story short, I had my Tragus pierced in Vegas about a month ago. I woke up this morning and the diamond had slipped back under my skin, in my ear. I panicked and tried pushing it back through but I was too scared and it hurt. So, I called Seth Snell Tattoo. Excellent customer service right from the beginning. He had me come in right away and a lady helped fix my piercing. She was very professional and genuinely cared. She popped it back out the front and changed my jewelry to a hoop, so it wouldn’t happen again. She literally saved the day!!! :) If I ever get another piercing or tattoo, I will totally be calling them. Thank you, guys!!

I came to Seth with 3 swollen and infected cartilage piercings that I got done else where that were too hurtful for myself to change. He changed and cleaned everything without feeling a thing. Highly recommend going there. Still to this day I haven’t gotten keloid thanks to him :)

Seth's shop is clean, he is kind and understanding. He takes the time to get to know you and what you want. He also gives expert feedback about your ideas and helping them come to fruition.
I would never go anywhere else and I recommend that you don't either!

If your looking to get a piercing go here! It’s a great place! Every other month he holds deals, make sure to call and ask what he does and the pricing. Everything is very clean and professional. Great pricing and honestly my top pick for any other piercing prices in Rochester.

I got my nose pierced and my second tattoo here about a half a year ago. It took me quite awhile to figure out what to do because I was so embarrassed that I hadn’t said anything right away. Of course this is my fault but i know a tattoo is permanent so they couldn’t remove the extra lines added without leaving a scar. They did great on my piercing but my tattoo was misunderstood. When I went in I showed one person a picture from Pinterest which was a simple plus sign for a stay positive reminder which I wanted on my wrist. Another lady was the one who actually tattooed me and instead of giving me just a plus sign, I got a Jesus cross instead. It’s not even a slight difference between the two, in no way would you ever guess it was suppose to be a plus sign. I was extremely upset and I’m shy so I never said anything and that is my own fault. Just giving a heads up to make sure that everyone apart knows what you are looking for.
