They did a piercing for us and it turned out great. Staff was super friendly and engaging with customers. Plus they play reggeaton. Always a plus if you ask me :)

I had a really good experience with the artist @ chuey_lalo on instagram, good guy, good artist. No complaints. My tattoo is exactly how I imagined it. But there was this guy “Chad” (manager)? He was hovering and making rude remarks while I was getting my tattoo. I have talked to 6 other people that have complained about his attitude, topics of conversation, and overall demeanor many times. His art is also mediocre. I wish I could say my experience was perfect but ...

I got the bridge of my nose pierced last week by Chad. When I first got to the shop, it is sooo clean! The front desk guy was super nice to me, admired the work I have on my arm and we had small talk. He’s super nice. When it was time to get pierced, Chad was very welcoming and super nice. He made me feel super comfortable. Chad has a lot of knowledge when it came to the piercing I was getting and I’m so grateful that I went to him for this piercing! He was so nice to me the whole time! Everyone at this shop is so kind! I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Went with my fiance as she got a tattoo that she designed herself. Chad who worked on it was experienced and very kind as well as quite fast. It's a lot better lit and more open than most tattoo shops I've been to, and they're very friendly and upfront with what is going on. Definitely somewhere I plan to go if I ever want a tattoo some day.

We went in on a date night. We are here on vacation and decided to get tattoos. Chuey got us in the next day they were open. We watched him sanitize everything, he wore gloves, he opened sterile equipment in front of us and his designs were perfect. It's the best tattoo experience I have ever had.

My friend and I came as walk-ins to get fairly simple tattoos and Chewy was very welcoming and efficient. He drew up our designs ahead of time and was excited about getting our tattoos just right. Loved the energy and atmosphere of the place. Will definitely be going back.

I have gotten a few tattoos here by Chad. He is professional and his work is beautiful! Even 6 years later people ask if I got new ink because it looks so vibrant. I recently came in for a piercing. They all did a great job explaining the aftercare and procedure. It was a great deal and they have a clean and professional work space. I would go back again for my next piercing and tattoo!! Just remember they are cash only!!!

Met the owner and his pet scorpion. He retouched my memorial tattoo for my dad, he was down to earth and made me comfortable. I also received two piercings here and the piercer was a total sweetheart.
