Amazing. I was lucky called them to see if they could slap this saying on my arm. The tattoo artist by the door had time. He also gave me insight on things that troubled me with past tattoos.

Customer service was VERY poor and unprofessional. The staff was not welcoming and was very combative when I tried to describe to them how I wanted my tattoo done. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time I was there, as the tattoo artist made rude, explicit comments towards me when I asked about payments. I was disappointed in the way my tattoo turned out and will likely get it redone elsewhere or remove it completely via laser removal.

Got my nostril re-pierced here about a month ago from Chad. He's pretty cool, knows what he's doing, and makes the process quick, all for a great price! I think the place is cash only, so be prepared if you're planning on making a stop here. I will likely stop by again.

The tattoos I've had done by Nik are perfect, he is very precise and knows exactly what he's doing. Prices are very reasonable, although scheduling and timing are not their strong points. However, I will continue to go to Fluid for all my future tattoos--point being, if I have to wait an extra half hour for a permanent work of art, that's OK with me.

I got a tattoo here and I thought because they got new windows they would be less shady both figuratively and literally. Some of the shady stuff that happened is 1) the tattoo gun splattered the entirety of the surrounding area with ink 2) the artist had me get off the table and wipe it down before he bandaged my tattoo 3) he bandaged it with Walmart brand saran wrap and some packing tape 4) they are cash only and do not have a pos/record system so I had no reciept and there is no record of me being there except for the paperwork I signed 5) i signed paperwork saying that I had received aftercare instructions prior to the tattoo but afterwards I did not receive printed nor verbal directions about how to care for my tattoo or even how long to leave my saran wrap on. I would really not recommend coming here for a tattoo (but I did hear that they were good w piercings!)

I went to this studio for a cartilage ear piercing after recommendations from 4 friends who have gotten tattoo work done there. I stopped in at about 5:30 PM on a Saturday night & couldn't get in. I made an appointment for the next day at 2 PM. To make a long story short, I arrived early to my appointment, only to discover a scribbled note on the door stating they weren't opening until 3 PM. I had received no call or request to reschedule. I called immediately & left a voicemail stating I would not be in later that day OR getting my service done there. I actually happened to drive by later, around 3:15-3:30 PM, and they STILL weren't open. RIDICULOUS. And no way to run a business. I will be giving my business & money to a studio who CARES and appreciates their clients, especially when there are MANY other piercing/ tattoo studio options in the area.

Got my first tattoo here a little over 12 years ago. Don't think it could've gone any better, and will be going back for all future ink. Staff was patient each time I've gone in, they are fun and professional. The perfect balance of all good things. Thanks guys!
